-Vet1 Speed 1.1, Received Damage 0.85 -Vet2 Received Accuracy 0.85, Penetration 1.15 -Vet3 Damage 1.25, Penetration 1.15, Range +5 Pretty sure it's the same. I see the extra Damage and range at Vet3, the range looks more like +10 than +5 however. At vet2 i see the extra Penetration too. I can't really account for the others though.
