Allows armor to field their most important vehicle without hurting on their vehicle cap, which already gets stretched thin. Its not like armor usually maxes out their support tab, but a lot of builds costs them a lot of vehicle points.

No seriously, the reason I'm asking whether or not this seems a good idea is because I end up paying Peepees to field jeeps from only getting like 10 t17s and it somehow seems unfair since i'd still have to cough up pps for jeeps if I had a "balanced" light vehicle build of quads, m8s, m3's and t17s. You still have 10 more points to spend on jeeps.

Should scouting be classified as support or vehicle? support is units that need support and provide support. logically move the friggin jeep over. it also lets us directly balance vehicles we can shrink the vehicles pools of all by 2-3 now.
