Title: XP reward for killing stuff
Post by: LeoPhone on October 27, 2010, 05:25:07 pm
edit: NVM, ignore. not true.

These numbers are pretty messed up. take for example the king tiger and jagdpanther:
XP reward for killing a unit is based on its price
The prices the units are in EiR do not link to the prices used for the XP reward. These prices are still the ones used in vcoh.

there is even one huge bug with the jagdpanther: it costs 300 manpower and has a vet multiplier of 30, while the king tiger costs 980 manpower and has a vet multiplier of 34!

in fact, even the king tiger still gives too few xp, it is less than what the tiger gives!

Jagdpanther... 300? You mean the vCoH cost?

yeah the vcoh costs,

but nvm i think i am totally wrong,
price is used for CP reward, veterancy_ext is used for the reward the killer gets.

so confusing.. ill figure out how it works.

just ignore this topic, earned XP only has to do with veterancy_ext in ebps. not with unit prices or anything. those are used for command points which are not used in eir.
