Title: [CW] T4 Fire Support Post by: pqumsieh on February 18, 2011, 11:38:17 am It does not appear that this T4 is providing the intended reduction in cooldown on the 25 lb. At the moment, the CD is 4 minutes with a 2 minute reduction w/ the T4. This reduction is not being applied.
