Just like the flame ist round for HE, click, choose a point, it fires, same cooldown as flame round. and for HVAPit should be a click, and a duration when it fires the HVAP rounds just like the AP rounds.

That's not particularly assuring - regardless of how much merit what your "Deciding" on has. Oh and Rifle, flame IST rounds is a T3. Urban Survival Kits is a T4. And another thing, apparently the HVAP splash reduction was unintended, and was actually a bug. Either way, reduced splash or normal splash, HVAP rounds have nothing on the HE Rounds alpha strike capability. The most you can expect from HVAP rounds is one less round to drop a hard target. Honestly, please think before you speak, so i will take it slowly. In order to use HE rounds you must NOT upgun the M4 as it removes the HE ability from the tank. By deciding to use HE rounds you are denying the M4 the ability to reliably take on p4's and StuGs but gain considerable power against infantry. If you want to take on P4's and Stug's again you need to upgun taking away your HE rounds. Thus HE rounds on M4's are balanced. 75 for sure is weaker than a regular p4 and i didn't know it was so effective vs p4 with he. ok Urban Survival Kit: All Tanks -12% received damage Calliope gains main gun/tank criticals 75 sherman/Pershng gain High-Explosive Rounds M8/T17 Gain -15% penetration +50Hp's Criticals From Vehicle Class to Tank Class Sherman Smoke on Recharge. soo if you took out the HE rounds and made that a T3 unlock i would replace calling it in for it. Maybe a accuracy bonus for all tanks and Crit bonus?
