Title: Airborne armor? Post by: nugnugx on October 26, 2011, 07:37:01 am What are airborne armor stats?
Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: Hicks58 on October 26, 2011, 07:46:15 am Exactly the same as infantry with the single difference that you get 0.75 accuracy when you try to fire at it while the target (with Airborne armour) is moving.
Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: nugnugx on October 26, 2011, 07:46:49 am k thx
Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: Hicks58 on October 26, 2011, 08:05:44 am It's worth mentioning again that this information, and a lot of other useful information is happily sat in Corsix, just waiting for a kind soul to come and exploit it.
Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: LeoPhone on October 26, 2011, 08:18:22 am real stats:
vs rifles: 0.75 dmg, 0.75 moving accuracy vs smgs: 0.75 moving accuracy vs hmgs/lmgs: no difference vs tanks: no difference Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: Hicks58 on October 26, 2011, 08:23:47 am If you want to get technical, you might want to also mention that MP40's get the 0.75 damage, which is an SMG.

Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: Hicks58 on October 26, 2011, 11:58:33 am Just this once Deadbolt.
Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: CafeMilani on October 26, 2011, 11:59:07 am sigh, it has that dmg multiplier vs everything.
so it would rather be "sry4selfowned :( :( :(" Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: Hicks58 on October 26, 2011, 11:59:48 am Doesn't matter, it has it vs Airborne.
Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: EliteGren on October 26, 2011, 12:24:46 pm lol. If it has it vs everything then that's its normal damage, meaning there is no difference.
Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: Hicks58 on October 26, 2011, 12:26:21 pm Sigh, against Sniper armour it has 1 damage and Soldier armour it has 0.6
If 0.75 was supposed to be it's natural damage, it'd simply deal 25% less damage in it's main damage entry. Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: BigDick on October 26, 2011, 01:05:47 pm can we stop this wrangling and come to an agreement mp40=megafail?

Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: 8thRifleRegiment on October 26, 2011, 04:39:06 pm can we stop this wrangling and come to an agreement mp40=megafail? http://www.xfire.com/video/4f1f6d/ kthxbye you do realise the mp40 is the least accurate weapon on the game fired on the move? even with steady aim on it wouldnt save it much, if you woulda stood still you woulda desroyed those riflmen Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: brn4meplz on October 26, 2011, 04:40:44 pm It wasn't even the movement at short range that killed him. It was the movement at Nut-Hug range that killed him. His Dudes kept getting turned around.
Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: Hicks58 on October 26, 2011, 04:41:36 pm Rifle, Steady Aim gives you standing accuracy. This means that you'd have full accuracy even if you move around - you're just reduced to walking pace.
Poor micro was the death of those Volks. Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: 8thRifleRegiment on October 26, 2011, 04:45:48 pm No no no, it doesnt giving you standing accuracy, it gives you improved accuracy at whatever your doing, IE, if your moving, it provides better moving accuracy, and if your standing still ,it provdies more stationary accuracy.
Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: Hicks58 on October 26, 2011, 04:49:36 pm Just checked the RGD's Rifle.
Would you like a screenshot for me to back it up? There is no difference in standard accuracy, and moving accuracy modifiers change from 0.2 to 1, and cooldown modifiers change from 1.5 to 1. It gives you standing accuracy on the move. Title: Re: Airborne armor? Post by: brn4meplz on October 26, 2011, 09:58:24 pm It definitely allows you to move at -1 speed while retaining stationary Accuracy. That's it. And here we got rid of LMG Fire on the Move.
