Would you say that this mini mod would have some online ladder elements too it with the online match and point system?

I'm not sure we (the EiR mod) is going in that direction.  The persistant war idea sort of steers away from ladder play.

With that in mind, and as i am developing the warmap, I am thinking of adding a 'Stats' section into the Warmap where you can view certain peoples game statistics, including wins/loses etc.
You'll have to see the other Dev's about the ranking system, as i'm not sure how that will work.
(im sure a side ranking system could be added quite easily)

I would say that no this is not a "mini mod" at all.

NO. I really want to steer clear of drop hacking for improved ladder scoring.

I don't really think drop hacking would be a problem with this mod and community.  And ladders can be lots of good fun, and its interesting to watch all the little statistics that can be collected.

There should be really detailed and elaborate ladders!

I want a win/loss statistics record in order to test imbalances. I guess a ladder could work...

A win/lose ratio could be implemented into the warmap profile if need be.

Everybody is a fan of looking at the facts and figures. The intention right now is to provide that. Once the ground for that is in, providing ranking information is easy.
