Title: Reinforcements Timer Issue

Just had a 2v2. Problem was Axis had instant reinforcements, no timer at all, and allied reinforcements timers always add up.
Means when i call in 3 platoons of troops at the same time, timer starts at 1.30, than first platoon arrives, but then timer restarts and it takes another 1.30 to get the second platoon in, though pop cap was just all fine.

I have absolutely no reinforcement timers anymore apparantely, at least not with companies of +- 12 popcap.

Is it still incremental over time + popcap dependant?

Yes.  You have to lose units really fast before it comes up.  It should probably be increased just a bit...

but mine and apexes airbourne had like 1-3 minuits.

Quit losing units so fast.. or calling them in then retreating.  Make bigger platoons.

ok, lol we called in 2 platoons at once most of the time.
