What the hell is the 9999 munition cost?Huh??
This thing is NOT op, despite what some whinners like Two may claim.
First, if it's stopped, it gets hits by at. On move it's different and it's true that pretty much all at guns will miss it, it's maybye a bug I dunno. Also, you need to be in friendly territory to set it up (Wich can get pretty annoying), plus it have a price increase. It's not more op than a normal 42. If poeple like Two would understand that, they would not rush hordes of rifles and engies on it.
So please put the muni cost to 50.

ehm maybe you should watch that replay, your SC was stopped 90% of the time when i fired on it. I dont care about the MG, from the ammount of times it got hit i could tell it was broken.

The problem I have with the SC is that PE now potentally have a way to chase down and buttfuck the hell out of kiting infantry.

Think of it being akin to having an MG42 squad being able to run within a couple meters of a rifle squad, set up then procceding to utterly destroy that rifle squad, all within a few seconds.

You cant do this with a normal MG42. you run it into a lone squad, the MG dies.

You do this with a scoutcar; scoutcar charges a lone, or a pair of non AT squads, close the range, and when the SC is practically capable of grinding the infantry's faces into the dirt with it's tires, the thing locks down and the MG just destroys all surrounding infantry.

It needs to have like 30.cal suppression and next to no damage output in lock down because you can use it so aggressively with a 360 degree line of sight, making any type of manuvering around or past a locked down SC incredibly dangerous.

There was a few bugs with the MG upgrade. Such as the delay not working. Also PE cars and HT's have puma armor and that will be fixed next patch.

I disagree

leave it with the mg42 suppression,increase its vehicle value so they won't be suiciding it,and maybe low HP something like that Tongue

Its going to get the suppression of the defensive building upgrade from vcoh. Slightly tweaked, but you probably wont be able to get suppressed 35-45 range.

sounds pretty good and also, why not just have a separate mg scout car just like the upgun puma? you have one that heals and one that has the hmg but it doesn't lock down to fire but has to stomp moving to fire like the marder, it is a heavy hmg on top of a flimsy car.

but i guess if u just take away the health bonus, problem fixed eh?

Just like that, I think I've found out why it always dodge at guns shots or always.
It's just a tought but could it be possible that you give it the MG42 crew dodge against at guns by modifying it? Two got 2 at guns shot at it while it was moving and none while it was locked down.

I predict that this wouldn't be nearly close to a problem when everyone starts pumping out AB and rangers, with fireup. You get a rifle squad caught without support, shame on you (back capping were you?). I'd like to propose a buff to the DMZ between the squeaky wheels right after each wipe and anyone who listens.

After each and every wipe, you might have to get off your butt (not literally) and work with what you have. That means not relying on buffed to hell units and/or abilities, and play the vanilla units to their strengths.

Yes, I agree that it is very maddening and frustrating to see your AT gun miss several times in a row. Especially when your pak is cloaked and your first "bonus" shot misses. It happens when firing on light armor and/or at max range.

I could be wrong, but that's my take on the situation.

How can bars kill something with MG42 suppression, damage, 360 rotation, and something like 4x the effective hp of a regular MG squad, all mounted on a vehicle? Undecided

Because, its armor type allows for it to recieve damage from small arms, and due to the fire rate on bars, 2 squads, even suppressed, will kill the scout car, and you will most likely only have to retreat, yes i said retreat, one squad, and it will have 1 or 2 men left.
