it "Works" for me, but crashes if I have the gall to move the window. It doesnt really work beyond doing other things in the background when you wait in the lobby.

Dont actually play windowed with CoH, can cause issues :/

I didn't know you coudl do that but I play windowed for some game because I lag without it, like ME3 lags a bit when in full screen but when i window it to my full resolution, its fine.
