The range on these is too long. They 1 shoot elite infantry and at guns at leisure. Anything in buildings die before they have time to exit. Used in a correct combination you can push enemy if he is not willing to sacrifice whole units. It reloads in no time, is easy to vet up and gets good veterancy upgrades. Avre used to not be so common since the doctrine wasnt so popular, but there will be problems now that armor is getting more popular. Sturmpanzer is far too common a dropcard. Theyre also very cheap for what they do.

Especially the 1 shot ability to kill any at gun at will is a major issue. Not too many brains involved with that "tactic".

Im on the line of making these significantly slower. The extra range vetbonus shouldbe removed.  Sturmpanzer could maybe stay as it is if it was made a very rare drop like tace.

if  u r gonna change back avre and sturm panzer then lower the pop as well , coz 10 pop of unit doing nothing has no field presence , maybe bring down to pop 6 or 7

and to the guys who r getting raped be awake don't leave ur units unattended , its very easy to dodze the shells , when u r moving but only atguns and mgs suffer from it coz of the deploy time

Neither unit gets bonuses to either range OR cooldown with veterancy, and have less range than AT guns have sight. If you're getting your atgs killed by them, you deserve it. Really no other way to say it.

I think that it might be enough to increase the cooldown a bit, back to it's original value before all the changes. If the range is put back from 42.5 to 40 then it may become kind of obsolete.
