So, I finally figured out how you guys did that map rotation. I kept wondering why Villers-Bocage was not seen in game even though the SGA pack was in the archives. So, I opened the module in notepad and voila, there is the list of used maps. I just typed in the SGA name, and there you go, Villers-Bocage showed up as a map choice when i manually load up EIR.

Problem is, when I load up the launcher, it patches me back to a 'EuropeInRuins.module' file that doesn't have Villers-Bocage activated. So, since we now know how, could we please get Villers-Bocage back into rotation server side? In fact, why not just put all the(not broken) maps back in?

So, how are the chances looking? I know you guys are busy behind the scenes, but this can't take too long (I assume to my possible detriment).

Homie, this looks like an assortment of flamehouses and mortar wars followed by bloody city fighting and homegrown carnage.

Add some nice, easy to access and close to center flanks on top of the city fighting you describe, it was one of the best 4v4 maps. Many can attest, for sure.

Moreover, since map rotation is no longer taking place, seems like a good idea to put the maps that were taken out on the last rotation to be put back in.

Villers Bocage is a fantastic urban map.

Sadly, most EiRR players seem to be shit scared of any kind of urban fighting. The best 4 v 4's I've had were on Villers Bocage, and interestingly enough whilst playing as Axis - The side that supposedly gets shafted in urban combat.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

Sorry guys.

I can only do this stuff from my office computer because that is where I have everything I need. The problem is, we are so over overwhelmingly busy right now that I forget to do it when I am at the office.

I have been getting to the office at 6:30 am and leaving at 8:00 pm.

I am not ignoring your requests, I just have to find the time to fit it in.

Oh you said that! Should make a remake of refinery, but most likely I'll run out of time before I can even start. Somebody else?

Refinery is way too small and narrow. There are only 2 paths leading to enemy (bottom and top). There are also stairs in the middle but only for infantry. Good map for basebuilding, but not for EiR. What would happen is arty spamming 24/7. Just saying.

Obviously the regular size would be for 2v2 and the center complex should be made more open for vehicles. Anyways if I'm to release anything during these last three weeks, it will be my almost ready second map. Also Arnhem and Caen itches me, but they need lot of changes so too much work for now.
