Hi All,

I am getting abused for not being on Discord. However it's not clear how one does that. Ventrilo link still on website, quite confusing.

Apparently I can do stuff with the warmap, though I can't figure out how. Is there a guide somewhere?

Also there are way too many stickies on all these forums.

Please help.

First of all, free free to tell who was giving you trouble about not being on Ventrillo/discord. Those are both entirely optional for playing this mod. You do not have to use them if you do not wish to do so.

Ventrilo link can be seen on the left hand side bar of the forums. Discord link can be found here.

Tutorials for the launcher can be found in the getting started forum stickies by Tank130.

Do please note, there have been some alterations to how doctrines work since these tutorials. Those can be viewed here.

As for forum stickies, we don't have too many forums mods and this mod has been around for over 10 years, so yes, there is a bit of clutter. Not sure what can be done about that.

Don't be ashamed for not using Discord. It's what's trending.

EIR has a Ventrilo, a Teamspeak, and now, a Discord. What I like about Discord is that I can watch people shit-post from anywhere; on my phone at work, on the toilet at work, or on the couch at work.

Whether it's statistics, doctrine, humor, or looking for game.

Warmap; first deploy because that increases your resources significantly. Second, earn warmap points by playing games. Third, win the warmap by using cards gained from playing matches, and taking territories, though the warmap resets for balance, doctrines, and other reasons.
