I accidently chose a wrong tier 2 skill, is there any way for me to change that? or do I simply have to unselect it and lose the cp?

you have to deselect it and lose the cp's, you are given a warning after you click submit. . or you can just delete your account and start again... but then depends how long you have been using the account.

There is no legal way to rechoose with loseing your CP´s. You really have to plan ahead waht you want to do with your account.
