Server patch 7th Oct

Small Update

Minor server patch:

Gametypes no longer have a random element to them.  Axis attack will always be Axis attack.

Please send me a PM if this does NOT happen (Axis / Allied may be swapped by accident).

Minor Launcher fix:

Rank icons now display correctly in Company select, and Profile screens.
