The Red X's and Unable to Connect to Certain Players

So I played one 2v2 just dandy, and the next 2 games that I tried to get into, I couldn't because I couldn't connect to the players.  So...Heres what I have, and heres what I did.

I have a NETGEAR Broadband DSL Modem DM111Pv2

My firewall is off
CoH is on the exception list
Port 30260 TCP and UDP is on the exception list
Port 6112  TCP and UDP is on the exception list

And still this happens. Actually it happens a lot on the vCoH...
I don't know what to do, so I've come to you gentlemen

I only heard that it only happens to netgear. But dunno exactly.

Usually relogging/someone else hosting will solve the issue.

Tried relogging, but that doesn't seem to work.
Someone else hosting won't work either because if I can't connect to X player, I can't connect to the game, regardless if hes a host.

But you see, I HAVE tried.

Me, Shadow2, Chxxx (I forget his name)
We all took turns hosting, I exited the game, and launched it from the client again.
Didn't work.
I tried logging out of relic, logging back on.
Didn't work.
The whole time, it refused to let me connect to Shadow2 and Chxxx

And in another game, something similar happened

I'll give it another go today, but Im about 95% sure it won't work :/

Did the other guys relogg aswell? It will mostly work when everyone that has a problem reloggs.
