The tiger ace should be the best Amroured unit in the game, Viller Bocage where Micheal whittman take out a Tommy Armoured division with little help, at present even the rest of your battillion wont help this dev negleted Unit.
Put the veterance back then it would be happy days, the Ace would yet again be the best armoured unit in the game. Pershings can get field repair and a command tank, and get much better vetterance. So a pershing almot catchs up a little to axis armour.

if you control a tiger ACE you should be an ace yourselve. make it very hard to control, but once you master it, its worth it.
MAYBE GIVE IT THE DIRECT FIRE ABILITY like in tiger ace campaign(ToV). this way, it can only shoot when youre controlling it, what means you cant control any other unit. this sounds damm good to me!

actually nobody uses the tiger ace anymore because its too costly, too much pop. and its vet is also rediculous

no direct fire bullshit at all! go play MoW if u want direct fire.
xp requirements for vet AND the vet itself need to be changed to the KT ones (0.9 recieved dmg etcetc.)
and maybe moving accuracy, its a bit poor

Yes we are well aware of the Tiger Ace being likely overnerfed in its current state, it's not easy to find a middle ground as it's such a powerful unit. We will probably be re-evaluating all aspects of this unit sometime soon.
As for the PAK, the current change was a test, if we decide to keep it in its current form a price decrease may be expected in a near future. It would be nice though if you could keep all discussion regarding the PAK in a seperate thread.
Substantially better idea - take it out. The King Tiger serves the Terror role perfectly and had an intricate set of tactics and strategies built around it. I miss it, God bless that overgrown, worthless sack, of shit that always cost me half my fuel. If the TA is removed, I'm going to reroll Axis Terror. |

My vote is reduce the spped of the TA slightly. and tweak it's effectiveness against infantry so it's worse on them then the Blitz tiger(not horrible worse but worse then the tiger) and then boost the penetration and accuracy against other tanks. Give it a good movement modifier so the Blitz Tiger is the all around and the Terror Tiger Ace is the feared experienced tank hunting crew that people associate the Ace with. Basically have it specialize in the Anti tank role primarily. the cost and pop cap would need to be adjusted though.
If we can't reach a noticeable distinction between the 2 Tigers then my vote is to remove the Ace.

eh replacing zero Tiger Aces with kingtigers? maybe eir mod can make a database request how much % of the axis companys have an TigerAce |
