I suggest to give Knight-Cross for cobol who play with everyone(new or pro) against everyone...

please write other players name who wants play every game and honour their names...

Also play any game you can get = faster games => more pps

The rank system also negates that:

big stomps (high lvl teams vs low lvl teams) => less pps.
