i yust starting the EIR launcher evry time but it wont let me start the game after i writed the username and the password. it is on steam version. its no instal proplems but its somthing wrong O.O plz help guys or EIR team. plzzzz.  |

What do you mean start the game?
You need to be in a game in the launcher lobby, everyone needs to be readied up and the big red button needs to appear for you to press. Are you saying after all that, nothing happens when you press the big red launch button?

I think he means he cant launch the game because his login isnt working, the same thing happened to me with the exact same circumstances. Apparently I was supposed to use a code if there were problems, so 0e48817a4a

A code? What code? If the Launcher *crashes* after updating - this is a different issue. If you cannot login at the login screen, you need to 'Register for the Launcher' on this website (in red on the left, under EIR Menu) Hope that helps. |

The launcher doesnt crash, it simply does not let me log in, saying I have an incorrect log or password, even though I have already activated it. The error code I received with my conformation email saying: Should you have any problems with activation, please use the code "0e48817a4a".

What operating system are you using? Im gonna guess a 64bit ver. or Vista. |

Hmm mine works fine with vsta 32 bit, then agian UAC and firewalls now no longer exsist on it So if your turn them off my good man it may well work. |
