A good game of 2V2. This was Kolath's first game in eir, and he did very well. You can also see how axis infantry is too powerful  Wink (just a personal opinion, I mean for 300 man and only 75 munitions, why not?)

Bawx set up an awesome defense at the end in his couple of sectors, defended that 88 a little too well for us, we almost could have had that one territory on the left....

Axis infantry are not too powerful, trust me. They drop a lot of their heavy weapons, and are very munitions heavy. Base axis infantry tend to do worse vs. allied infantry as well.

The battle is #69 I believe. I beg to differ that axis infantry are OP as those rangers ate up numerous squads of grens, mgs, mortars and ATs and that was without the use of fire-up in some cases.

Fire up makes you take more damage.

Sorry bout that.  Embarrassed

Yeah, someone finally told me that a couple of days ago  Shocked

I have seen a squad with 1 guy left in it with the mg42 lmg take out a FULL squad of airborne, no cover advantages for either.... 75 munitions for 1 of them is a steal! 95 for my Thompsons and they don't do nearly as good as the mg42....

all about dodging the wrong squads =D. Outflank if you're AB, you have that capability. AB is all about tactical deployment to the right place, especially at the right time.
