Alright, so I haven't read anything but does anyone have more info on this glitch? It's related to if you tab the game between windowed and fullscreen while having fire effects on the screen, resulting in the entire game field blacking out aside from the fire effects themselves. Sometimes it renders the game unplayable in windowed but fine if you go back in fullscreen, sometimes it seems to be the opposite and just now both had the same issue.

The screen only blacks out while a fire effect is visible/being drawn on the screen so my best bet so far is that, well, you get this glitch if you switch mode while a fire effect is on-screen, like the burning tree's that are on screen from the first second of game on the map Bergen for example.

Does anyone have more info on this? It's a pretty odd graphics glitch.

I had the same problem about a year ago with the slight difference of sometimes coming when starting games.

one thing that fixed it for me was going to steam and running "Verify Integrity of ingame cache" where it would show that a couple of files were bad and wanted to re-download, you let it go trough that cycle and then run Vcoh like you would do if you were going to play trough steam.

Another thing that happened to me but was less preferred was when my screencard was dieing, it would show tiny grafical glitches like the bushes being kinda fucked up or most of the infantry was invisible, the only fix for that was to get a new screen card for me but of course was expensive.

shader detail: set it from ULTRA to HIGH

possibly u can also search google for download program that runs game in borderless windowed mode. that way if u alt tab u don't actually alt tab.

I love borderless windowed, so the programs that force that, they work any well?
