No (I *THINK*, I ain't sure) it is meant that way and it should stack, I would like to know whether it stacks with +/- or stacks with * (see my example)

So is it 1.00*0,7 (which is 0,85 = -0,15*2) which results into the received damage being 070% OR is it 1.00*0,85*0,85 (which would come down to 0,85*0,85=72,25% damage)?

Either way, it should be correct and it would get the 0.85 received damage twice. Only question is how do they add to each other.
