Setup needs to be updated

I just downloaded EIR and installed it and had to update 105 files. The setup from download is from 2009 and i think it's time to update it.

EiRRMod will update the setup file will the Rework/Launcher/Pool changes coming out shortly. Work is actually pretty feverish behind the scenes right now.

Setup is 0800b - its fairly up to date.

If you had 105 files, most will be quite small updates - the rest will be maps etc.
