Green = Launcher pricing change
Red =  in game change
Purple = doctrine change
Ya Mum = Server change

General:
*  All new units can capture territory now.

US:
*  American Officer reloads 1 second longer, but will shoot slightly faster
*  American Officer can no longer pick up weapons
*  American officers offmap is now directional (from longest route to target)

*  Pershing should be effected by OBM again
*  T17s can buy sandbag health improvement from vanilla CoH.  Vet 1 health bonus removed.

CW:
** Added Canadian Infantry for Royal Canadian Artillery
** T2 Royal Canadian Artillery: Lit Up (Lt and Captain can fire flare, lights up medium area and increased incoming accuracy on enemy in radius, 180s CD)
** T2 Improved Rifling: Now gives +10 instead of 10%
*  Earthshaker shoots 2 less shells
*  Earth Shaker outer Radius lowered
*  Saturation Mortar Barrage outer Radius lowered

*  2inch Mortar has longer range, and does more damage.
*  Boys AT Rifle effectiveness vs Light Vehicles Improved


WM:
*  Lightning war now fully implemented.  (Sprint + Speed buff now in)
*  Terror officer off map tweaked.
*  Blits t3 assault grenades no longer also unlocks terrors t1 inspired assault
*  Assault (Volksgrenadiers) - 60 Mun (from 70)
*  Assault (Grenadiers) - 50 Mun (From 60)
*  Assault (Stormtroopers) - 55 Mun  (From 65)

*  Ferocity icon changed so it is not the same as Inspired Assault.

PE:
*  Firecrackers now display as Firecrackers in game, not as teller mines.
*  Firecracker mines do more damage and go off with minor damaging firecrackers, stunning prey.
**  T4 Scorched Earth:  Mine Fields  (spawns a mine field on the map, 2 uses, 1 free)
*  G43 warning shot moved slots so you can see it!
*  Hotchkiss main gun accuarcy improved vs all Infantry types
*  Mortar Halftrack gains range at vet 2
*  Munitions Halftrack aura effects allies like the American Officer aura.
*  Vampire Halftrack's extended sight range increased slightly.

Can we just get the range and damage, also, does the barrage have the same range as the mortar. Seriously though, putting the values makes it much easier to decide whether to put in something that can turn out to be useless (all previous incarnations of said 2" mortar...)

great patch guys!  much improved there.

Now lets see if the 2in mortar is worth getting.  I'm kind of used to having no indirect fire now.

personally, the problem with the brit mortar wasn't the damage and range, i learned how to work with that, its the horrible accuracy but i guess that'll be fixed with the range. If it ried to moratar a axis mortar i'll miss but h e'll hit me every time

As far as the Brit mortar goes Range is pretty large (think about 15 range more than a Pak) but the ability is about half the range, or even less than Half.  Damage is good.

actually the ranges are weird...

okay, for example, the wehr mortar is max range 85 and then the LMS is 85/40/20

the 2in mortar is like this max = 65 LMS 75/40/25, even though the min range is 20, same thing for the barrage

2inch Supercharge is Max 85 min 30 LMS 120/90/30

emplacement is max 95 min 20 then this is weird, Distance is 95, long is 75, med 40, short 20. 

i'm trying to figure if this was intended and if so, wtf?

distance = Distant

on all other's, the Long is the same as distant.
