Price Changes

US
-T17 and M8 Skirts now come standard, price added to base.
-Ghillie Suit price reduced from 50MP/60MP to 35MP/50MP.
-Airborne sniper price reduced from 540 MP, 250 Mun to 540 MP, 200 Mun.

CW
-Staghound price decrease from 340 MP to 310 Mp

Bug Fixes / Balance Changes
ALL

- 105 offmap, 280mm rocket barrage, spread increased, drift decreased.
-Pak and 6 Pounder semi-auto ATG fix.
-ATG accuracy vs special infantry lowered.
-Tank Traps now build with increased spacing.

US
-T17 and M8 come with skirts HP by default
-Sherman Croc Bulldozer now gives Churchill Armor instead of Panzer IV armor.
-Airborne HMG can now purchase AP rounds.

Airborne
-Ghillie suits fixed
-Airborne cloak change to a toggle

Armor
-Armor Tank command stacking fixed
-Pershing can no longer use HE shells with main gun disabled.
-Tank Command population bonus lowered to 2.

CW
-Creeping Smoke Barrage fixed.
-Creeping Barrage fixed back to one use.
-Creeping Barrage removed from 25 Pounder. (Supposed to RCA Unlock)

Commandos
-Commando Sniper spotter has longer range and will not longer fire on the move.

WM
-Geshutzwagon MG is now a munitions upgrade as intended

Defensive
-Medic bunker is now more resistant against onmap artillery and can now be garrisoned.
-Camo Equipment is now passive.

Terror
-Napalm barrage to 8 shots instead of 6.
-Rolling Thunder MG buff rebalanced.
-Pervitin Pills rebalanced.
-Heavy Support Improved.
-Moving LMG slightly better.
-Kommando-Karabiner now deals significant suppression.
-Terror Assault changed to Ambulance Truck.
   -Ambulance heals Infantry inside the truck.

PE

-50mm HT can no longer fire on the move
Luftwaffe
-Falls now have Grenadier rifles.

Scorched Earth
-Flame Assault Grenadiers no longer blow up.
-Napalm strike less laggy but also less pretty
-IST can no longer use incendiary shot with main gun disabled.

The Armor change is pretty good. Now the Croc with skirts doesn't have extra 10% HP and -10% damage from all Tanks. The armor change only really helps against penetration from Shrecks and Paks.

Uh they shouldn't, it should always be active once the upgrade is purchased.  Activating it only merely slows speed and allows it to crush obstacles like hedges and the like.

err, why would you change tank command?  Its been the same since original EIR and NEVER been an issue.  Also, explain the "stacking" tank command change?  Also please elaborate on the extremely vague list of Terror changes.  Thanks.

Good to see another patch, keep up the good work.   We do appreciate it.

Crocodiles and M10s were 12 pop in old EiR, they are 10 pop now. Mainly because some players (cough Mysthalin) could get an insane number of crocs/m10s + support with tank command.

I have a problem:
When I launch EIR, the autoupdater updates, when its finished I try to login, it says incorrect version.... so I close it and run it again, autoupdater updates, then I try to login again and it says incorrect version again, then I closed and ran it again and etc etc etc etc 5 times.

croc will now bounce half the pak(and PE 50mm) and schreck shots.(without doser 0.75 and 0.88)
stugs do 0.6 penetration instead of 0.75.
i hope the bulldowser price is also changed to about 80 munitions.

I ran the dps numbers, with the removal of the 10% hp bonus pak only does about 5% less dps than before.  Shreks used to do 0.75x dmg due to skirts.

Stugs have .6 penetration, but they do 21% more damage now, so they were about the same as before.  Other tanks like the panther, P4, etc are all stronger vs the new armor because they now do 21% more damage.
