Enigma Decoded does not give LOS of enemy spawns as promised.

We already know. it's a SCAR thing. EIRMOD is pretty busy and he understands the most SCAR of any of us. I'm trying to learn it quickly but it's such a bitch. It's hard finding good educational knowledge on the issue.

At least I'm pretty sure it's SCAR

Ultra Decription is not bugged lol it's a typo, its not supposed to detect vehicles someone JUST made a topic on this.

Pretty much. They keep releasing patches and just shat on my rca, at least commandos GET doctrine abilities, quit whining.

three of the Luft abilities did get fixed, even thou it took two patch for me to get the smoke riflenade completely right.

RCA is going to be implemented as a part of the first 4 reworked doctrines soon. We're finalising the drafts on these 4 doctrines next week, then coding them will commence.
