Just one comment to make - stacking shells seems to be rendered completely useless by locked and loaded.

yea i agree with the rest of em. since everything on cooldown its only fair TR becomes cooldown aswell

It doesn't make it useless. With stacking shells even captured Paks, 6 pounders and ATGs will get an AP round use.
Now if you have Locked and Loaded ontop you'll have a captured Pak with AP rounds on cooldown. Sexeh?

make german steel active too then. makes rly much sense(temporary extra armor ftw, germans used cheap glue).

but uhhm what does the hetzer MG has to do with tank reaper cooldown?

They've been talking about Heat rounds being a cooldown for a while.

It says it's on recharge but it's not uses, so i'm guessing it's permanent. Look, Heat rounds were broke in the old docs, everyone played blitz and spammed P4's and stormtroopers. You still get a lot of firepower. The difference for reapers and heat rounds is that blitz doesn't need heat rounds to be effective vs allies tanks, they already are and heat rounds affects damage vs all while tank reapers only vehicles, so it's a huge difference. Wait 'til you play it and then see if it's no good but i get the feeling it'll be fine and be just as strong as ever, it wont be as strong as the old one but it'll be just fine it'll just rape just fine. Plus, like they said, Armor doc gets ap and he rounds on cooldown just the same.

also, loving that infantry gets their heavy support, someone listened to my ideas about the -10% def for engies and making infantry defensive specialist for americans Cheesy

Its not really fair for some t4s to be on cooldown while others aren't.  Either they should all be on cooldown or they should all be passive.  In addition to that, they should all either be purchaseable or free.  Its silly that some of the t4s cost and are on cooldown while others are permanent, free, passive buffs.


Now, on another subject, teller mine damage vs brit vehicles is still broken and needs to be looked at.

Also, I don't understand why t17 stun was reduced yet again.  If I can keep the thing alive long enough for it to cooldown 3 times, I should be able to use it 3 times, or 6 times.  I personally am of the belief that everything should be on cooldown, not uses...

Hetzer had nothing to do with it douche jeeze

german steel on cooldown makes no sence. calling it "Evasive maneuvers" and having the same buffs on cool down makes sence though
