Vampire Half-Track [Bug]

Apologies if this is not the proper place for this thread.

I blame it on Tales of Valor, but the Vampire Half-Track for the Panzer Elite is currently MIA. You can purchase it in the launcher, but in-game it is a no-show. Squads that contained the vampire come onto the field just fine, but the halftrack is conspicuously absent.

I posit that the driver got lost en route and the crew is analyzing their map (kicking back schnapps).
