OK, upgrade pool values are in place for Elite Infantry and Engies/Pio's/Sappers. The system isn't perfect and the first draft of numbers are estimates. Overall taking every upgrade(or the highest level upgrade) on your Elite infantry units will result in the same Pool cost as before (Storm Troopers+2X Schrek=9 pool) The numbers are open for Discussion and debate but keep it civil. You can comment on Values and Units(included/excluded) I may have forgot some or overlooked other. Keep in mind this is predominantly designed to impact units that we had to set high pool values on because of their upgrades.(Elite Infantry/Engineers) This is NOT intended to affect basic unit types. Some upgrades could probably receive a price change again as a result of this change, since they no longer need to be priced with 'spammability' in mind. (I.e we don't need to price some upgrades restrictively, like fausts anymore) But that's something the BT will have to monitor in the weeks to come.

Except the Weapon Cache was received negatively because it affected ALL upgrades for no reason. So instead of affecting the units that actually needed a change like upgrade pool values, everything was limited so the game became unplayable, great idea there. |

Exactly, this is quite different from the weapons cache, the WC was essentially a 'second' munitions resource rather than a 'pool' since it was applied to all units and upgrades that cost munitions. I've explained this in detail in the past, it's a much more simple, subtle, but equally effective way of addressing upgrade spammability. Gogogo forum search.
