at this point im quite sure they have abandoned their bimonthly updating and are planning on releasing stuff as they see fit.

Well the Bi-monthly thing is still in place from a development standpoint. It's just that EiRRMod is the Czar and with Warmap being so close for all you guys(I'm already playing it) patches are being held so he can do his magical stuff.
