I figured it was time to come out of the closet with my latest project.
(lmao, that didn't sound right but oh well.)

Abbeville is a rural community in Northern France, just next to an important railroad.
The map will feature open and rural terrain allowing swift and easy movement for tanks, the occasional farm house enabling infantry chokepoints, hedgerows, a forest area allowing safe infantry passags and a little urban center.

I will most likely be using the Road to Carentan "Frontline" sector system for this map aswell.

Beta version will be released soon!

Looking forward to it. Seems that the theme of the map is very familiar to me.

Looks intrestting.

Umm do you create maps just like you want it or do you have a "plan" like "we need more city maps for the warmap?"

it was an amazingly nailbiting experience playing on this map, and trying to survive!

we had 2 heavy tanks running down hedgerows, but this thing is just big enough to be perfect for 3 on 3!  flanking happens aswell as chokepointing with the hedges.

definetly a well playable map

Good map, though I was hoping to see you release something more interesting. It plays like a vCoH map in most ways, and you need to add more detailing to your fields and the hedgerows, the rows are too uniform right now.

Spice it all up a bit more.

And the destroyed Sherman could use some work and splats.

Thats the other thing, the sides seem to be off defensive capability wise.

ya even if there were just gaps that infantry can get through, they are bit too mazy at times..

You do realise that sounds kinda funny coming from you... french countryside anyone?
Tongue. Of course more details will be added, I just wanted to rush a playable and decent looking map to betastage before I departed.

Good to hear you're back btw!

All my hedgerows are unique individuals. Go take a look =) They are made out of about 8 randomly selected items.

And yea, at least I decided to try a new idea, instead of the same old Relic map formula.
