I think the devs are putting in all the remaining docs, beta testing the warmap, when thats done the finished warmap comes out with a wipe.
If they wiped after every doc implementation it would be pretty damn annoying.

I actually didn't get as much done as I thought I would. Holidays are difficult when people coming home from college constantly want to drink :p. Most likely Tank Hunters will be out after Christmas, but I can release a patch tonight containing bug fixes and the Scorched Earth/Luftwaffe MG.

Doesn't really work like that. It isn't worked on 1 ability at a time. The doctrines are done in a series of steps.
