would be cool if you could have like 1 tank comander/ace and move him to tanks you want,so he keeps his vet(looses some xp when you move him to different tank) and has some minor abilities/bonuses...something like in WOT,where you can retrain you crew for new tank,and when they vet up,you can give them abilities(camo,firefight etc).

Play Blitzkrieg mod. Tank crews = cannon fodder. Even if they exit the tank there's nothing preventing them from getting gangraped by...everything. Plus that wouldnt liken to keeping EiR close-ish to vcoh balanced/whatever. Tank crews....more upkeep, still die when the tank goes boom. Exit the tank before its destroyed, and it just sits there, inoperable, prolly taking up pop. Guess what, enemies leave it alone and you just lost yourself about half of your current popspace Tongue

with the crew abandoned and the retreated the tank should not take any pop,like if you lose atguns and mg crew they don't cost you any pop only thing is it should not be recrewable as atguns so its totally different coz blitzkrig mod has only commander we r talking about tank crewmen
