seriously its fucking outrageous this hasnt been fixed yet. shit randomly blowing up with 1 hit of the key and instant gone unit. dont fucking tell me not to touch while it building. fucking fix it!

Yea, and what's the point of being able to cancel the building of the howitzer if you end up losing the howitzer?  I understand if the howitzer survives, then you could cancel the howitzer, but if you cancel it halfway through then you lose the howitzer.  Usually you would cancel it if you're being overrun, but if that's the case then you've got it too far up or you have already lost the game.

Yes but it's harder to do with triage and flakvierling, mostly happens with howies and flaks.

This is something that is in vanilla company of heroes right? If it is then I don't see it as a problem.

However, bug logged in case one of the dev members wants to "fix" it.

Esc is hardcoded to kill buildings in Company of Heroes. This happens to every building in EiR, but there is not much we can do about it I'm afraid, since it is part of the core game engine and we cannot modify that.
