The launcher crashes when I fiddle around with the company tab for too long. The launcher seems to black out or show only some of the units, then shortly after the thing crashes.

Yeah I think I have the same issue with company. After a game is finished I have to log out and then back in in order to select the company tab. Otherwise if I click it nothing happens.

Berzerker has a different problem. I have no idea though. For now simply restarting the launcher will fix that, Soujourner.

This sounds a bit funky - it could be caused by other programs OR some special key characters being typed in.

Are you using another language keyboard?  Or CTRL+V (or some other combo?)

I can't get into company tab after a game.
If I go to advantages tab, click finalize, then I can get into company tab.

Damn, I thought Id fixed that bug.

Could you wait like, 30 seconds after the 'Retrieving company' appears next time, and tell me if that works?

At what point does this happen? When you try to log in or when you try to retrieve your company, or when you try to launch a game?

You are possibly using a restricted windows user account, or have a proxy for internet.

Try running the Autoupdater as admin.
