My preferred build is Top and Bottom T3's, then offmaps, triage, howi and whatever else you want.

You should really focus your Fuel on AT as well as 4-5 ATGs, and stock up on a ton of BAR rifles.

Top and bottom T3s, mid T2. Unlock Triages, Howies/Officers, Field Dressings, and Infantry Equiptment. Two manpower advantages, three munitions advantages. Focus your munitions on triages (at least two), riflemen upgrades, mines, support weapons, atgs, and snipers. Fuel should be dumped into either LVs (munitions permitting) or Shermans/TDs with only a repair kit equipped, if even that.

Deck out your assault tab with pairs of Riflemen armed with a bazooka and grease guns in a pair (dual greasers if youre confident enough in your micro or dont expect to fight much armor). Grab two if youre going to use them in a halftrack (which is surprisingly effective) or you can get up to five if you omit the HTs.

Throw up to six pairs of rifles into your infantry tab, with a BAR and sticky per pair (this assumes you have enough Vet2 or higher rifles to make stickies worthwhile, otherwise, take bazookas and you can afford an extra repair kit, bazooka, or a pair of grenades if you threw zooks on all of your non-BAR rifles). The last pair of riflemen should have no upgrades and acts as recrew/cannon fodder.

Armor tab, throw in as many shermans, TDs, or LVs as you can afford. Mix and match upgrades; I rarely choose the top MG because I'd rather kite shrecks then deal a little extra damage while eating a rocket to the face.

Throw a pair of ATGs and another call in of an atg coupled with a zook or sticky rifle into your AT tab. Honestly, get up to 5 ATGs if youre not confident in your ability to keep your ATGs alive or scrounge other players' AT during a match. I don't bother with AP rounds, but most other players do.

Your support tab is up to preferance, but mix and match at least two engie squads with a triage and minesweeper each, a howitzer or mortar, mgs (omit for more rifle upgrades) a sniper (omit for r0flmanz spam), and a spare non-engineer minesweeper squad. The less support you have, the more rifles youre spamming, but flat out riflespam does poorly in the current metagame.

Remember to equip Field Dressings on ALL of your riflemen, even the recrews, for the measly price of ~300 manpower. Thats essentially a 9 man riflesquad, assuming you get to use all of your revives.

If not, then I wipe, then someone gets something they shouldn't, then it gets abused, then the shit hits the fan and then I ban shab.
