By removing action point cost from doctrine screen people don't have to create a new company to do so, instead they just remove doctrines they don't want and replace them.

However the other option would be more mechanical. Deselect all doctrines you don't want then select accept changes. This can cost one action point since you can remove multiple choices with 1 action point cost.

The reason for this would be that users could be able to re-create their company instantly, quickly and whenever they want to without external help from the staff. By allowing this, users can easily get rid of non-functioning or poor doctrines without forcing them from creating a new company altogether thus solving temporarily the issue that deleting companies is not possible.
