Tobruk and Dawn winter map fixes

For Groundfire or Unknown:

Road to Tobruk:

-fixed the bouncing trucks
-fixed some stuff that would not get destroyed

Dawn Winter:

-fixed broken fire
-fixed some pathing

Did anyone else have problems with bazookas and projectiles not properly firing from that tower on Tobruk? Because I've had that happen to me a few times.
