Artillery pieces do not have Abilities listed, hence no reload timers.

You do realize that those abilites are in the RGD's and not the database and therefore arent included in the unit price list?

There is an ability column and I figured that they should be in it maybe the data isn't done yet.

If anyone finds one, post it up in the Vet description anomaly thread (which Im about to post up) and I'll fix em when I see em.
(Note:  RGDs take precedence over the descriptions)
