At what speed can tanks shoot whil reapairing ive noticed its slower then blitz's or at least looks it

Slower than blitz due to a certain combo. Dual T3 = Repairing tanks that can move and shoot.

It was nerfed to 60% movement and reload because of the dual T3 combo. In retrospect however, the nerf essentially made the single T3 useless. I'm going to suggest bringing both back up to 80%, then adding an accuracy  on the move modifier to one or the other. (That way the T3s individually will be worth it again, without the dual T3 combo being overpowered)

Blitzkrieg allows to fire and turn (not move) while repairing at 100% I believe.

Oh I was talking about Armour, they have combat repairs too.

The RE one is just a placeholder until the doctrine gets implemented anyway. I think it's at 80%.

Just make them work at 80% individually, but at 60% if both are bought together.

well,I'd trade stand  and fire at 100% for move and repair at 60% ...most things that will attack you will outshoot you,while on other hand,being able to move and repair can save your life.

Actually, yes. It's impossible to have these T3s viable without the dual T3 combo being overpowered. The only solution is to nerf the dual T3 combo slightly. (Technically, from the situation we are in currently, both T3s get a buff individually, the combo remains unchanged)

Movement while repairing at 60% is pretty useless. It's supposed to be biggest selling point of the T3.
