Noticed that pios who buy mines in Wher top T4, get two mines each rather than one.
This is probably a hold over from a couple of patches ago, and as much I like it, I must report it.

Was it a pre-existing pioneer squad from way back when? There was an issue where some pio squads retained an extra mine for... reasons I don't know for sure, however they should have all died off by now.
Next time you play try a fresh pio squad, see if he still has two mines, if I'm right it shouldn't.
