Don't think sherman needed a repair increase, no way a sherman should cost the same as a P4 to repair.
They're both medium tanks and with the 76mm upgun they stand toe to toe. The unupgunned probably should only cost 40 Munitions to repair but we can't differentiate repair kit prices based on the upgrade.

It's a general across the board price increase on repairs, with the amounts of fuel players have at their disposal we do not feel like they should be able to get a '2nd life' on all those vehicles as well.

the unupgunned sherman is better against soft targets (infantry) and the upgunned is much better against hard targets (armor) compared to the p4

the p4 is more the generalist and the sherman is more the specialist (depending on upgun)

that the sherman gets a bigger hit is because there were some imbalances in repair kit upgrades before (sherman and churchil were 30 and pIV 40 munitions)

as far as i can see there is still a slight imbalance in repair kits on medium tanks because the churchil mkVI should costs 10 more munition than the sherman and p4

why no munitions for the upgun puma?
It's a seperate vehicle now, there's no reason why it should cost munitions anymore.
It's price was brought in line with the M8, for now... further assessment may be necessary.

i agree in this case the m8 is the generalist that can handle infantry and light armor and the puma is the specialist and handle light armor

if i compare the M8 with the upgunned puma i find the m8 more useful because of its nice gunner (but you have to pay some munitions for the gunner)

It does, it's the mkIV which costs the same.

Edit: oops I see the changelogs had the mk VI listed twice, fixed now.

Was the Officer supervise fixed in this patch?
This is only a balance patch with changes made in the database.
The real patch should fix the officer yes.

I can't remember which, but of random note is that either the quad or m8 cannot repair more than half of its health or so, might wish to give whichever one it was that needed it (can't remember, as I said) a quick boost to a higher level repair kit.

We are serious about enforcing this, and I am sure you all want to be able to have your balance thought considered by the development team with some biased, sensationalist coming into your thread and ruining it.

Its the Quad Mal. It has more health by far than its repair can handle.

I always pick m10 over m18,

It may misfire but it doesn't miss the enemy and it does penetrate way more to compensate.
It's also faster and cloak is such a fail bonus on the hellcat. So you get one shot off, meh big deal.

I just can't get back into playing Axis, its boring. With the new Availability I will probably remake a STuG company of old.

i been using pumas since the start of 007 and they are a great stop gap AT choice. You wont kill much infantry like an m8 or the stags but they do the at job.

Exactly.

There is only so many times you can slaughter Lt Apollo, Rocksitter, and Alwaysloseguy24 before you get bored and fall asleep.

than your not using em correctly.

Take of half a P4 hp in 1 hit *check*
ATG shoots n nearly kills it *check*
M18 moves up and finishs the job *check*

Check mate.

Thats misleading.

At vet 3, with AP rounds T4, they will do like 260hp, just under half health.

On average its more like 1/3 health off the P4. Then it bounces 3-4 shots.
