Disable Def Top T2

Disable Defensive Positions of Defensive Wehr Doc since it gives the owner +1min on R and defensive.....as in you come in a min later than you should (opposite of intended) which is total facepalm and makes it a bitch to go with top T4.

I'm not asking for it to be fixed on the spot. Just please disable it until it is fixed.

Going first in R+ 1 min late is a huge disadvantage, even goin 2nd or 3rd.
