Pak hotkeys

The PakHotkeys for Abandonteamweapon ; and hold fire are both the same (D) needs to be changed por favores if one was to paksnipe under the darkness of night. kthxbai. Cool

Almost all the hotkeys are messed up unfortunately. Ultimately, I would like to implement a Grid Key system for EIR. But I'll save that for a boring day.
