Cost of resource advantages went down. When did this happen? I guess there was no retroactive payment to those who bought them beforehand or did i miss something?

No, don't think anyone got a refund. But yes they did get changed, it was in one of the patch notes.

Yeah, there will be a lot of these types of things happening.

The unfortunate truth is that it would take me much much longer to refund changes etc than just make the change and move to the next fix / update.

So, I apologise that you spent those points without a refund - but next war it will all be complete and untouched! REJOICE!

Its probably been stated somewhere but am i correct to assume u only get one tier 3 advantage?
