I almost took Blitz reinforcements just to get more P4's. I love them so much in this game. But now i have the Vet 3 tiger and it is making a name for itself destroying the enemies of the Reich. It got blooded yesterday in a true test of combat when it killed a Pershing. it almost died and called for an Epic end game rescue mission. but thats part of the fun.
The tiger really is a pain in the ass to use, by no means bad but certainly not a power unit like the KT. the 16 population goes a long way and if you've properly made sure that the enemy counters are down to a minimum it will run rampant across the battlefield. My tiger consistently gets 30+infantry kills each game for the most part and sometimes i don;t even wait till the end stages of a match(ALWAYS wait till the end stages of a match if a player is AB they will shit on your tiger and laugh as you descend into madness) in the game yesterday, a 4v4, i called out 2 call ins before the tiger hit the field and it was on until the end of the game and got 44 infantry kills and 5 tanks(2 Shermans, M10, Cromwell, Pershing)

Indeed, the tiger is beastly if you use it right.   The name is misleading because its not an assault tank, its a support tank like the stuh.  Park it at max range behind your other stuff and let it snipe infantry and tanks with its insane 200+ damage a shot and biggest splash in the game.

It might works well at low level play, but fails hard at higher levels.

Higher level players will try and counter it but thats the same for everything at high level play. High level players will know you have something that big and will either reserve units to try and kill it or will try and force it onto the map early. Either way, while it may not be racking up kills on the field it is still affecting the battle, thats one of the great things about heavy tanks, whether or not your enemy knows they exist in your company they are still affecting the game.

if he doesn't know... BAM heavy tank scare! ahh panic! if he knows they exist in your company... BAM save your shit and let my medium tanks walk all over you
