For a T4 unlock, i have to say this sucks hard.
What it does:
1. Its a Global Ability like Insipred assualt/Blitzkrieg etc. You push the button then it happens.
2. All tanks on the field (not sure about Churchills) get flank speed for about 15-20 seconds. This is a 30 munitions ability purchasable already on all Cromwell variants already.
3. It costs 4sp per use but the 1st use is free (max 3 uses)
Why it sucks:
1. Blitzkrieg Assault is way better, increases ROF, allows infantry to spring and not be supressed, and is a lower tier i think
2. It basically allows a 30 munition 180 second cooldown ability to be used on any tank on the field once
3. Its only usefulness is retreating tanks really
At most you have 2 Tanks out + a CCT. Even flank speed on 3 tanks won't do much except help in an assault.
This needs to change somehow.

Mhm afaik it affects all tanks.
You should redo your post, kinda confusing.
Its a offmap ability that gives all your tanks the flank speed stats for 20sec or so or how does it work?
If so is it a worthy t4? Because brit tanks have crappy accuracy while moving and brens/stags/stuarts arent affected by it.

It is going to have other advantages tied into it as well, as per Salan.
The documentation didn't show the +25% accuracy or smoke rounds the t4 was supposed to give as per the launcher, so it didn't go in. Hopefully it will be made useful (or just revert to a +25% speed +25% accuracy on the move and call it done.)

ya the documentation i was working with said simply: an improved version of flank speed.
so i just made it a better version of flank speed .. ha.. then I go to implement it and the launcher one had all these stats in it.. grr

? In a doctrine that features a tank that doesn't even HAVE flank speed available to it? Seriously? Am I the only one who's thinking "Why isn't this a T1?"
The current incarnation as described by spinn : It's a much less powerful version of the T1 blitzkrieg. FAR more so the T4 conviction.
Just make it a flat out 25 percent speed, 50 percent accuracy on the move addition to all tanks, with flank speed unlocked on churchils.

the way it was described initially made it seem like it was a permanent speed increase for brit tanks, which I was really excited about since I'm RE and anything that makes Churchills faster is a good thing, but this is not what it said it would be...

Incoming accuracy doesn't help much.....ah well...switch to another t4 when available, should be fun for lawnmowers at least.

The bolded parts are the basically not worth it parts....
Its basically a much much weaker form of Conviction that only affects tanks. 2 of the "buffs" are rarely useful and none of it really increases damage output.
The 80% speed will just be retarded for the most loved of game mechanics, running mans over. Especially when they are all pinned.
Please rename doctrine t4 to "Hyper Lawnmower lulz mode Activate!!!"

Tank shock should not be allowed with flank speed. IMO remove tank shock and buff the t4.

looks much more like a T4 now
. It's pretty much meant to be a T4 that allows you to do what blitzkrieg assault does, but its for tanks only. Looks like ill be able to rush a couple of tanks in pretty well then with this T4.

I've been using it, its really bad gameplay. Want to get the benefits? Spam Churchills and tank shock over infantry. About all its good for.
Oh, and the Churchill will outrun any other doctrines tanks using it too.
