Those who have said the T4 needs to reduce the cooldown of the hummel hit hte nail on teh head. Doubling the payload of the hummel is too situational to be worth it. There are times extra shells would be helpful; even on mobile targets.

I'd like to see a T4 that allows Incendiary rounds on the MHT and Hummel supress as they deal damage. This would follow the train of thought that led to a supressive effect on firecrackers. They were useless without them, all flame barrages are limited in use without a supressive factor. Fireup could still be used to get away from these types of attacks if they in fact did supress you.
