game not starting

hey there I just downloaded everthing and i get the error measage after hitting launch EIRRClient has encountered a problem and needs to close so what is my problem here what do I look for to change etc..? Patrick

Did you run the autoupdater first?

yes sir. right after I hit launch it gives me the error message Huh

I think you have to install something called Microsoft framework.
