I'm following the 'Getting started' guide, and I'm already stuck on step 1. I've done the 'register here' bit, and done everything else it said to do.

I followed this link:

I input the username Morbo512 (Not Morbo513), the password I'm using for this forum and my Relic Online account name, clicked submit and confirm.

Now I'm in the EIRRClient application. I've just typed in Morbo512 and the corresponding password, and clicked login. It just tells me 'Incorrectlogin'.

I believe you login the launcher with the same name as your forum account, I can't be sure though since my relic profile and my forum account are identical.

Are you sure you confirmed twice in theregistration?

Yea you must've not confirmed it.
Also make sure to enter the Relic Online Profile name when it asks you,  not your Relic Online Account name. (You have 1 account but up to 5 profiles, use one of them)

Ah, that might be it, although I am quite sure the account and profile had the same name, I'll give it a check. Also I've reached the limit of times I can change my account

I reset your # of changes.

Your (launcher login) username is currently Morbo512
Your relic profile name is Morbo513

So log in with Morbo512 and your password.
Make sure Morbo513 is in fact the name of your Relic Online Profile (not your account, a profile on the account)

i need an admins help to reset my launcher registration be cause the profile im using isnt working correctly in game at the moment.
